The Company has implemented the procedures outlined in Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 for reporting offenses related to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 and the current Organizational Model. The Supervisory Body, designated as the Manager of the reports under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, is responsible for receiving all reports related to violations of the Organizational Model.

The procedure has been posted on the company notice board along with information on the reporting channels, which are set out below for initial implementation:

The Body will manage the dedicated email box, whose address is communicated by the Company and posted on the company notice board. However, it cannot be considered ex if suitable for making the reports indicated in Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, based on the ANAC Guidelines of 12 July 2023.

The ANAC Guidelines and procedure require that computer systems used for reporting allow for data encryption. Therefore, in case of reporting wrongdoing, it is not recommended to use the O.d.V.'s email channel, which is still active for communication with the Body. The procedure establishes new forms of communication and provides legal protection for whistleblowers against retaliation, discrimination, or unlawful conduct. It also guarantees the confidentiality of their identity and the data they provide when reporting.
